I can't very well dig an underground tunnel connecting my house to the hospital, so I'll make do with what I have.

That said, as long as you promise not to build any underground tunnels, break any of the walls or the ceiling, keep your fire in check and leave any stray animals outside, the room is now yours for whatever purpose you'd like.
